At Sankar Azan Computer Saksharata Mission (SACSM), we aim to provide quality education and services to all our students and franchise partners. Please read our refund policy carefully before enrolling:
Course Fee Refunds:
Course fees once paid are non-refundable under normal circumstances.
No refund will be provided for discontinuation, absenteeism, or incomplete attendance by the student.
In case of duplicate payments or technical errors, a refund may be initiated after verification, within 7–10 working days.
Franchise Fees:
Franchise registration and setup fees are non-refundable once the process is initiated and documents are shared.
No refund will be entertained after allotment of center code or issue of any official authorization.
Course Cancellation:
SACSM reserves the right to cancel or postpone any course due to unforeseen circumstances. In such rare cases, students will be eligible for a full refund or adjustment to another course of equal value.
Online Courses:
No refund will be provided for online course access once the login credentials or study materials are delivered.
How to Apply for a Refund (if applicable):
Send a written request to info.sacsm@gmail.com with valid proof of payment and reason for refund.
All refund claims must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction date.
Processing Time:
Approved refunds will be processed through the original mode of payment within 7–10 business days.
