Refund Policies

At Sankar Azan Computer Saksharata Mission (SACSM), we aim to provide quality education and services to all our students and franchise partners. Please read our refund policy carefully before enrolling:

1. Course Fee Refunds:

   • Course fees once paid are non-refundable under normal circumstances.

   • No refund will be provided for discontinuation, absenteeism, or incomplete attendance by the student.

   • In case of duplicate payments or technical errors, a refund may be initiated after verification, within 7–10 working days.

2. Franchise Fees:

   • Franchise registration and setup fees are non-refundable once the process is initiated and documents are shared.

   • No refund will be entertained after allotment of center code or issue of any official authorization.

3. Course Cancellation:

   • SACSM reserves the right to cancel or postpone any course due to unforeseen circumstances. In such rare cases, students will be eligible for a full refund or adjustment to another course of equal value.

4. Online Courses:

   • No refund will be provided for online course access once the login credentials or study materials are delivered.

5. How to Apply for a Refund (if applicable):

   • Send a written request to info.sacsm@gmail.com with valid proof of payment and reason for refund.

   • All refund claims must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction date.

6. Processing Time:

   • Approved refunds will be processed through the original mode of payment within 7–10 business days.
